Return Policy
Items can be returned on the day of purchase for a full refund.
In order to refund an item, you must have received an e-receipt upon purchase by selecting the email receipt option on our POS system after making your purchase. Items to be returned must be free of stains, rips, holes, distress, and any other damage caused outside of the bus.
Exchange Policy
Items can be exchanged within one week of purchase or four operating days (whichever duration is greater, since we may be closed due to weather).
e.g. If you made a purchase on Thursday, you have the following Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and the following Thursday to make an exchange, assuming the bus was not closed on any of these days.

Methods of Payment
We accept most of forms of payment, including:
- Most major credit cards, incl. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, etc.
- Interac, tap, Apple Pay, etc.
- Debit
- Cash
Interac E-Transfer is accepted as a last resort only (e.g. if our terminal is down or you have no other form of payment).
Trades are accepted. Trades must be approved by the manager on duty. Traded items must be of equal or lesser value.
We do not accept cheques or crypto currency.
