Our story
Metro Thrift Bus is a fully mobile, travelling second-hand clothing and accessories store. We set up at markets and events, and partner with businesses across the Maritimes to offer quality, affordable pre-loved pieces.
Every popup is arranged differently, so no two visits are the same. Our stock is curated from donations, other thrift stores, and items we buy from customers on a case-by-case basis. We're based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Metro Thrift Bus was founded by Samuel Malone and Daniel McQuinn of Sussex, New Brunswick. Samuel studied Business Administration at UNB, focusing on entrepreneurship and finance. Daniel studied Business at NSCC, focusing on marketing. Today, Daniel owns and runs the bus.
