Our Story

Metro Thrift Bus is a fully mobile travelling second-hand clothing and accessories store. We enter markets, events, and partner with businesses in the Maritime region to offer quality, affordable pre-loved products.

We offer a unique retail experience to our customers, with each "popup" being uniquely arranged. We curate donations, and offerings from other thrift stores, as well as purchase from customers on a case by case basis. We are currently based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Metro Thrift Bus was founded by Samuel Malone and Daniel McQuinn from Sussex, New Brunswick. Samuel is a UNB Business Administration graduate, having participated in the Entrepreneurship and Finance programs. Daniel is an NSCC Business graduate having participated in the Marketing program. The Metro Thrift Bus is currently owned and operated by Daniel.
